Mission Impact Kitchen Coordinator
Weston Petroski received his B.S. in Nutrition from Appalachian State University, and an A.S. in Biology from Harrisburg Area Community College. He works with a variety of populations, from young children and at-risk youth to adults seeking to improve their health. With a strong background in food, nutrition, biology, and chemistry, Weston brings an easy-to understand, evidence-based approach to whole food medicine.  In his free time, he enjoys cooking, spending time in the outdoors with his four-legged companion, and gardening.
