This class is for kids ages 12-17, is a new addition to our youth classes, and is geared towards teens who would like to gain independence in the kitchen. Unlike other groups, these students will learn skills such as proper knife techniques, sauteing, baking, steaming, and much more! Disclaimer: Students will be handling sharp knives, hot pans, and other potentially hazardous kitchen equipment. For the safety of your child, we ask that students exhibit the utmost maturity while in class. 

This class will take place on the first Thursday of every month (except for in December) in 2018 from 4:30-6 pm. Class dates are as follows:
